Approximately 35 miles North of Albany,New York is The Gerald Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, It is a Lovely Resting Place for Veterans spread out over the rolling Hills between Saratoga Lake 5 miles to the West and the Hudson River 2 miles to the East and just 2 miles North of the Historic National Saratoga Battefield. The landscape allows views of the distant Green Mountains of Vermont to the East beyond the Hudson River Valley and the Surrounding Rolling Hillsides and Horse Country of Saratoga County adds a dimension of Natural Eternal Peace of Trees,Fields,Skies and Clouds that shelter and encompass this resting place of our Nations Veterans. This is a very emotional
place to visit for families and friends of those at rest here and it has always been a positive experience for my visits thanks to the staff and admin people of the VA here. Thank you VA for honoring our loved ones in this respectful and honorable way by this fine facility.Added September 03, 2016 by A Google User
